Welcome to downtown’s newest arts space! The Modbo and S.P.Q.R. are art galleries, painting studios, art classrooms, music studios, poetry venues, and musical venues. The Modbo and S.P.Q.R. aim to transform our community through art and culture, presenting the possibility of art for all, and bringing joy to those who collaborate.
We are located in the alley off of Bijou, between Cascade and Tejon, Kiowa and Bijou.
We are open every Friday from 5:30 pm until at least 10 pm, and during all events. For more specific event information, join our enewsletter by clicking on the Weeklyish Newsletter link on the home page of this site.
I’m interested in submitting work for a possible showing at your gallery. What are your guidelines for submission?
(As a reference, my website is more a collection of past work than representative of current work.)
